boodle

https://github.com/manuel-uberti/boodle I was looking for a solution for in-house accounting. Ledger is great, I know, and spreadsheets rock. Still, I wanted something that could run on my home server and be available on mobile too. It's not much, really: - add new expenses - reporting with filters ...

Re: Movies, Flicks, Films, Videos, cinematography

Some things watched lately: Sorcerer (William Friedkin, 1977) Truly, underrated masterpiece. As powerful as Aguirre The Wrath of God and Apocalypse Now . Freebie and the Bean (Richard Rush, 1974) This is how Hollywood used to be. It was so damn good. Colossal (Nacho Vigalondo, 2016) My favourite Vig...

@gslob

Forgot to comment on some of your latest dumps. I am particularly enjoying The Kicks, Karen Gwyer and Aurora Halal.
Still many I have to listen to, be patient ;-)

I am giving this a try. Not that there is anything wrong with my current Emacs configuration, but curiosity is an unbearable pain.

Re: TV series

While I wait not so patiently for the 4th and last season of Halt And Catch Fire, I'm enjoying The Inbetweeners and Broadchurch. Former is one of the funniest thing since Spaced, the latter is an honest crime drama.

Re: Movies, Flicks, Films, Videos, cinematography

I am still watching films, I know you've been worried. Mostly old stuff, mostly revisiting Schrader, Friedkin and Peckinpah these days. Two new films that left me some thought: Speed Sisters (Amber Fares, 2015) Great documentary about the first all-women team of race car drivers in Palestine. T2: Tr...

For coding, I've been using this in the last few days: https://be5invis.github.io/Iosevka/

Let's see if it steers me away from Source Code Pro.
